These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RovixPay website, Telegram bot, support channels, cards, gift-card services, digital-asset funding features, and related products and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement, and be legally permitted to use the Services in your location. You may not use the Services if you are subject to applicable sanctions, located in a prohibited jurisdiction, or previously suspended by us. Business users confirm they have authority to bind the organization they represent.
2. Our Services
RovixPay facilitates access to digital-payment products, which may include virtual or physical payment cards, card funding with supported digital assets, and gift-card or related digital products. Some Services are supplied or processed by third-party issuers, networks, exchanges, or payment providers and may be subject to additional terms, limits, fees, verification requirements, and geographic restrictions. Product availability is not guaranteed in every location.
3. Verification and Accurate Information
You must provide complete, accurate, and current information and promptly update it when it changes. We or our providers may require identity and source-of-funds verification and may screen transactions for fraud, sanctions, and anti-money-laundering compliance. We may delay, reject, cancel, or limit an order or account if verification is incomplete, information is inaccurate, or we reasonably suspect risk or unlawful activity.
4. Orders, Funding, and Delivery
An order is not accepted until confirmed by us or the relevant provider. You are responsible for checking product, network, wallet address, currency, amount, recipient, and contact details before submitting a transaction. Digital-asset transfers may be irreversible, and blockchain confirmation times and network fees are outside our control. Estimated delivery or issuance times are not guarantees. We may impose transaction, funding, spending, or withdrawal limits.
5. Fees and Exchange Rates
You agree to pay all fees displayed before completing an order, together with any third-party network, issuer, conversion, or processing charges that apply. Exchange rates may include a spread and can change between quotation and settlement. Unless stated otherwise, taxes and charges imposed by your bank, wallet provider, card network, merchant, or government are your responsibility.
6. Gift Cards and Digital Products
Gift cards and other digital products may be subject to issuer-specific expiration dates, redemption rules, account or regional restrictions, and merchant terms. You are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase. Codes must be kept confidential; risk of loss passes to you when a code or digital product is delivered to the contact information you supplied.
7. Refunds, Cancellations, and Disputes
Because cards, gift-card codes, and digital assets may be issued, delivered, or transferred immediately and may be irreversible, completed orders are generally final except where applicable law requires otherwise or the product is defective due to our error. Contact support promptly if an item is not delivered or appears incorrect. Refund eligibility is assessed based on transaction status, product terms, provider rules, and applicable law. Approved refunds may be reduced by non-recoverable network, issuer, or processing fees and may be returned using the original payment method where practicable. Merchant disputes and card chargebacks are also subject to issuer and network rules.
8. Acceptable Use
You may use the Services only for lawful personal or authorized business purposes. You must not use them for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, unauthorized transactions, stolen payment credentials, illegal goods or services, infringement, harassment, malware, gambling where prohibited, or any activity that violates law or third-party rights. You must not bypass limits or security controls; misrepresent identity or transaction purpose; interfere with the Services; use automated access without permission; or resell, transfer, or share a card, account, or gift-card code in violation of applicable rules.
9. Security and Unauthorized Activity
You are responsible for securing your devices, messaging accounts, wallet credentials, card details, and authentication methods. Notify support immediately if you suspect loss, compromise, or unauthorized use. RovixPay will never ask for your wallet seed phrase or private key. You remain responsible for activity authorized through your credentials to the extent permitted by law.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access; hold or reject transactions where legally permitted; or request additional information if you breach these Terms, create legal or security risk, fail verification, or if required by a provider or authority. You may stop using the Services at any time, but outstanding obligations and provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.
11. Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for the availability, acts, omissions, policies, or systems of independent merchants, blockchain networks, card issuers, payment networks, wallets, messaging platforms, or other third parties. A merchant's refusal to accept a card or an issuer's authorization decision does not necessarily constitute a failure by RovixPay.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, universal merchant acceptance, fixed digital-asset values or exchange rates, or that every transaction will be approved. Digital assets can be volatile and involve technical, market, and regulatory risks. Nothing in the Services is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RovixPay and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity; market-value changes; blockchain delays; or third-party acts. Our aggregate liability relating to a claim will not exceed the amount of fees you paid directly to RovixPay for the affected transaction during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold RovixPay harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights.
15. Changes to Services or Terms
We may modify or discontinue features and update these Terms to reflect changes in law, providers, risk, or the Services. Updated Terms take effect when posted unless a later date is stated. Your continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with an update, stop using the Services.
16. Governing Rules and Severability
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the RovixPay contracting entity, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections available in your country. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes unless applicable product terms require another process. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
17. Contact
For questions, complaints, or transaction issues, contact RovixPay through the support channel listed on this website, including our WhatsApp support link. Include your order or transaction reference, but never send a wallet seed phrase, private key, or full card security code.
